01. GENERAL

Staff has the discretion to handle potential rulebreaks as they see fit, which may include verbals, warnings, strikes, bans, mutes, and kicks.

If you believe a staff member has acted inappropriately, with bias, or in error, please open an appeal ticket to discuss the matter with a different staff member or upper staff.

Examples are provided for certain rules but are not limited to those; each case will be reviewed individually.

G-01. Respect.

╸No toxicity or discrimination, you must respect everyone, regardless of your liking towards them.
╸Absolutely no harassment, threats, sexism, racism, or hate speech will be tolerated.
╸No flame baiting, side comments, belittling names, or otherwise unnecessary additions to conversations will be tolerated.
╸If someone asks you to stop using a certain type of language or saying certain words, do not intentionally continue around that individual.
╸Any toxicity in public chats like in discord or global chat will be moderated, including friendly banter.
╸Activity outside of TOJ will not be monitored unless it devolves into including but not limited to; mass toxicity, hate crimes, illegal activities, or ‘witch-hunting’.

G-02. NSFW/Offensive material.

╸No age-restricted or obscene content.
╸This includes text, images, or links featuring nudity, sex, hard violence, or other graphically disturbing content.

G-03. Discord and Alderon ID.

╸You must follow Discord TOS.
╸Your Discord name must include your Alderon ID (9 digit code including the “-”.
Examples: Steve | 123-456-789, Steve / 123-456-789, Steve aka 123-456-789
Must use a readable font.
╸If your name does not include your Alderon ID, you will be removed from the discord after a warning.

G-04. Other server advertisements.

╸Do not share videos or images from other servers.
╸Do not promote other servers.
╸No kind of self-promotion (server invites, advertisements, etc).
╸This includes DMing fellow members.

G-05. Text and VC channels.

╸English only in the Discord server, in-game global chat, and event groups.
╸Stay on topic of channels.
╸Do not spam messages in the text channels.
╸No IG-03. Meta-gaming or IG-04. Care bearing while in VC.
╸If you are in a mixed VC with friends, you must avoid knowingly staying in the same POI when ungrouped.
╸If there is evidence, or consistent issues of meta-gaming or care-bearing, appropriate action will be taken This can include warnings, strikes, or bans.
╸Leave a VC if you are asked to by the group in private VCs.

G-06. Reporting rule breaks.

╸Do not discuss rule breaks or disciplinary actions in chat, except when communicating with staff.
╸Staff will handle rule breaks in-game that they are able to see from the start.
╸Making an in-game report will aid staff further with your ticket.
╸It is the responsibility of the player to provide evidence of rule breaks they are reporting.
╸Reports without sufficient evidence will be denied.

G-07. Communicating with staff.

╸Staff members, regardless of rank, should always be treated with respect.
╸Disciplinary action will be taken if someone is toxic, disrespectful or overall rude towards staff.
╸Lying to staff can result in an immediate strike.
╸Mutes or timeouts can happen at staff discretion for unacceptable behavior or language in chats.
╸If you are reporting a staff member, open a ticket and request an upper staff member or DM one of the Community Leaders or Head Admins directly.
╸The ticket station is open specifically to handle general questions, rule breaks, etc, do not DM staff unless directed to do so or they have specified open dms.
╸Please remember to be patient as you are waiting for staff assistance.

G-08. Tokens.

╸Do not use any of the tokens before or during any form of engagements.
╸Can only be used on our Lite-Realism server (Server 2)
