You will often find Therizinosaurus fighting over food or getting in petty fights over other small things. Therizinosaurus are all about big displays and colorful feathers, if someone is near them and they dislike it, they will make loud squawking noises and flail their magnificent feathers around.
Recommended behaviors
╸Strict with their personal space and will drive away any other dino that comes too close.
╸Therizinosaurus males often have brighter colors compared to their female counterparts. Bright colors represent a healthy and strong male.
╸They tend to act annoyed with their pack members.
╸Enjoy eating insects and will live in areas where termite nests are located.
Mating
When Therizinosaurus finds a partner, it is their partner for life. They will either flock with their mate forever or meet up every mating season to bond and mate. Once the male has found a female he is wanting to impress he will bob his head up and down in a silly dance to get her attention. If the female is impressed by his attempt, she will join in on the head bobbing and they will dance together. Males typically fight over females, if there is competition within the flock for a female, they will honk noisily and create big displays towards each other, these fight’s do get violent from time to time, but never end in death.
Nesting & offspring
Male and female Therizinosaurus share the duty of raising their young. They will go together to take the babies to find tasty insects to munch on. Baby Therizinosaurus are very noisy, they love to hear their own voice and will let the whole world know what they sound like. They also tend to play with their siblings and do a lot of rough housing, resulting in a few scars for them to grow up with.
